Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor Requirements:

  • Must have strong knowledge of all roles within the 29/41 and Andiamo Presto food operation
  • Must be able to coach, teach, and motivate crew to execute all policies and procedures
  • Must be able to positively interact with all guests
  • Knows and understands the Mission Statement and Core Values
  • Greets all guests in a friendly manner and assists in the creation of guests’ meals
  • Strong knowledge of products and offerings
  • Able to clean, organize, and stock station on regular basis throughout the shift
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards both on the line and in the dining room
  • Able to help with cleaning and storage of utensils and dishes in the back of house
  • Must be team oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, teammates, and management
  • Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Will be required to use POS system and accurately handle payment from guests
  • Will be required to open or close store at times ensuring the shift is set up for success and the customers receive an excellent experience
  • Must be able to settle proceeds nightly and accurately perform closing checklists
